1How much will reporting my rent increase my credit score?
It would be impossible to provide specific numbers. Credit scores are based on each individual’s unique situation. 2Which credit bureau do you report to?
We are able to report your rent payments to TransUnion. In the future we will submit your rental payments to the other credit bureaus.
3What if I'm late with rent?
Rent payments are only considered late on your credit report if rent is over 30 days late. As long as you pay rent within 30 days of due your rent is considered on time on your credit report
4How long does it take for my rent to show up on my credit report?
We submit rent data to TransUnion once a month. We strive to be as fast as possible and most renters’ rental payments are reported to their credit report in under 7 days. In certain cases it can take over 30 days for rent payments to appear on your credit report. The timeline for when your rent payments appear on your report is decided by the credit bureaus..
5How will rent report on my credit report?
Rent will be counted as a open trade line on your credit report.
6Does my landlord have to be involved?
Yes your landlord or property manager must verify your rent payments each month. It’s free and easy for your landlord or property manager to verify your rental payments.
7Aren't my rent payments already reported to my credit bureaus?
No. This is a common misunderstanding. In the past only late rent payments, usually from eviction or a lease skip-out, have been reported on credit reports.

You can register by calling us at +877-351-0008. Or you can register online by providing a copy of your Drivers License and proof of ownership of the rental property where the tenant using Rental Harvest resides.
2How do I verify ownership?
It’s super easy to verify your ownership of your rental units. You can verify the information over a phone call. Or you can upload proof of ownership and a copy of your ID through our simple online landlord registration process
3What credit agencies do you report to?
We report rental payments to TransUnion. In the future we will submit your tenats rental payments to the other credit bureaus.rt
4Aren't rent payments already reported to credit bureaus?
No. This is a common misunderstanding; however, in the past only negative collection actions for rental history have been reported on credit reports.
5What if I have a couple renting from me? Do they both sign up?
When couples apply for loans and mortgage, both their individual credit scores are pulled. We offer a super easy way to add a spouse during registration.
6Do I have to change the way I accept rent from my tenants?
No. You do not need to change how tenants pay rent to you. Your tenants can continue to pay rent the way they currently do.
7 Why can't I report rent to the credit bureaus myself?
Landlords cannot report rent payments themselves unless they have thousands of units and complete extensive compliance procedures with the credit bureaus. A neutral, third party verification service gives you the ability to submit rent payments to the credit bureaus without taking on additional work.
